R3 Phase 4 Day 11

Weight 137.8

Down another .6.  It is what it is.  Throwing some starches in the mix today.  I'll probably regret it tomorrow.

Breakfast - (264 calories)
1 package Trader Joe's Steel Cut Oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup of coffee with 1 tbsp half & half

Lunch - (598 calories)
**Mega salad
175 g romaine
100 g cucumber
80 g tomato
50 g jicama
45 g onion
35 g bell pepper
60 g spiral sliced ham
55 g Columbus Herb Roasted Turkey breast (Costco)
55 g Trader Joe's Stagnola Blu Cheese
3 tbsp Annie's Tuscany Italian Dressing

Afternoon Snack - (201 calories)
1 Kavli ThinCrisp Bread
10 Sasha Co Organic Spelt Ginger mini-cookies
185 g pink lady apple

Dinner - (373 calories)
**Lemon Pepper Stirfry with veal, portobellas, and mixed veggies
270 g Veal for scallopini
250 g Asparagus Stir Fry blend
80 g portobella mushroom
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
black pepper to taste
2 tsp capers



Total Calories for the day 1,432
Daily Calorie Composition: 40% from carbs, 28% from fat and 32% from protein.

  1. hi! you are VERY inspiring!I am nearly done with a first round of homeopathic HCG, and would like to lose more...could you please tell me how you trasitioned from one round to the next? I am not clear if you "load" again, or continue on phase 3 for 6 or more weeks, then start in w drops again and the protocol diet. Thank you!! jodiemj@gmail.com

  2. at the end of Phase 2 (the low calorie phase) you stop the drops and record your weight that morning as your Last Drop Weight. You then continue the VLCD for 48 hours more and then begin Phase 3. Phase 3 is 21 days. Then you transition to Phase 4 (but my phase 4s for the most part are P3 eating with an occasional starch thrown in).

    Then at the end of the 6 total weeks, you reload again and start the low calorie, etc
