So a gain overnight, but I know why. First I ate dinner at 9pm, not what I'd planned. Second I was very hungry at midnight and downed a large cucumber with vinegar. So not as much out as in.
I've been so looking forward to this day. P3 is here again.

2 tbsp Skotidakis Jalapeno Yogurt Dip

Evening snack - (173 calories)
60 g Columbus Farms Herb Roasted Turkey breast
28 g Ford Farms Cheddar with garlic & herb
