Daily Calorie Composition: 2% from carbs, 29% from fat and 69% from protein.
I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is, but if you want to know please let me know. I don't want to come off as pushy.
ReplyDeleteI know too.. it's called the natural ebb and flow of this diet. 4 days of stellar losses last week (over 1 lb a day 3 of 4 days) then a couple of small gains as the fat cells fill up with water before flushing out.

You are on day 46 correct? Off the drops? If you are, in my opinion your body is converting what you are eating into energy and storing what it can, hence the weight gain, there may be some residual water weight as well. The trick is that you don't want your body to hit starvation mode, if it does then you will probably gain more weight . I notice though that it still says Phase 2, so I could be wrong, but you may want to try a couple of days of uppping the calorie count to 500 or close too. Plus ground beef or beef in general can cause a plateau or issue, which is why I suggested chicken. Are you taking a multi-vitamin since celery is basically a negative calorie food that's just water?
ReplyDeleteNot drops this round.. rx subq injections with skip days once a week. No starvation mode as the hcg is doing its job releasing abnormal fat for use as energy in my body.
ReplyDeleteI take an outstanding multi-vitamin as well as other supplements.
Remember I'm not a newbie at this. I have done a total of 142 days of Phase 2 over the course of 3 rounds and lost 81.6 lbs.
