Im new to this diet and i am really struggling. I cheated last night. A friend told me to do an "egg day" to fix it, but then i just cheated on the egg day. Im so overwhelmed by fear, like "what am i doing, how will i ever get off hcg, how will i ever have a clean eating day?" The first week was tough but then i didnt feel hungry. These past few days I am Sooooo hungry. Maybe im pmsing- what will 2 cheat days in a row do to me?? and more important, how/what should i eat tomorrow to get the scale moving down? please help! im 5'8", 150 lbs, want to lose 10-15. after cheat day im back to where i started. so discouraged
ReplyDeleteLauren - An egg day is not for Phase 2. The only thing you can do with a cheat is get back on protocol and ride it out. You are likely hungry from the cheat foods.
ReplyDeleteGet back to protocol foods and stay strict. The scale is going to scream and you for a few days but it will start moving again.
