Weight - 134.4
Last day of Phase 2 before moving on to Phase 3. Spent the afternoon hitting the stores to stock up. Found some really great things that are P3 friendly that I will make sure to be listing here in the next few days. I'm exhausted. I've got tomorrow's menu planned. Already made tuna salad for lunch tomorrow. I am trying to determine how to best get my son's calories up to at least his BMR by the end of the week. From what I've found he needs about 2700 calories a day while I just need 1350 or so.

Hi Beth!I've been following your blog and am very thankful for all your great advice! I am about to start P3 in about 2 days and was just wondering what you think about veggie and fruit consumption. I've seen you stick mainly to lots of protein throughout your diet and you maintain well - or even lose! Should I focus more on proteins and fasts or can I eat all the non-starchy veggies I like and still maintain well?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ZoZo - In early P3 I stick to berries mostly. I eat a lot of non-starchy veggies from day 1, increased protein and varieties. The bulk of the calories though comes from fats.
