Hi Beth, Im curious to see what your weigh-in was today. Im down this morning to 144.4, which is my lowest in hcg and also my personal lowest with other dieting attempts. Im hoping to see another loss tomorrow, but I know sometimes that diesnt happen and I need to just forge ahead. Thanks for your support! lauren
