umm... now.. very quietly look at that number up there.. it's a 15x, not a 16x. I'm not celebrating yet, because this is day 4 with a loss and I'm just waiting for the bounce back. We shall see.
I'm eating similarly to what I did on Friday. Extra protein (beef) for lunch and a protein shake with egg salad for dinner. Here's hoping.

**Beef mexi stir fry
150 g lean sirloin tip, sliced in bitesize pieces
130 g mushrooms
100 g onion
Water for cooking
2 tsp Simply Organic Mexican seasoning
shake of chipolte paprika
3 tbsp Pace Mild Salsa
Dinner - (192 calories)
**Protein shake & egg salad
1 serving Jay Robb Whey Protein shake - chocolate
1 hardboiled egg, diced
1 tsp dill relish
1.5 tsp capers
1 tsp mustard
15 g onion
pepper to taste
Total calories for the day 472
Daily Calorie Composition: 15% from carbs, 24% from fat and 61% from protein.
