R2 VLCD Day 46

Weight - 163.8

Down .8, but I've lost this .8 before.. more than once.  Doing double protein again today.  Maybe tomorrow I'll be down below the 163.0 I saw on Monday.  Come'on 162.something

Breakfast and throughout the day
Coffee and triple threat tea

Lunch - (209 calories)
195 g Jennie-O 99% fat free turkey breast, raw weight
Sauteed in a bit of water and spices

Dinner - (264 calories)
Tangy chicken with cucumber salad
200 g chicken breast, baked
50g zesty peperoncini
2 tsp mustard
175 g cucumber
20 g onion
2 tbsp champagne vinegar
1 tbsp capers

Total calories for the day 473
Daily Calorie Composition: 7% from carbs, 11% from fat and 82% from protein.

  2. I'm taking my last drops on Wednesday morning.. then start P3 with breakfast on Friday morning.
