Weight - 154.6
Down 0.4 lbs for a total of 8 lbs in week one. I took a dose of 162.5iu at 8 am this morning. The hunger is mild today and off an on. I'm going to stick with this dose for at least another day. So that I have a good grasp on exactly how much hcg is in my system.
The weigh-in for the others.. almost all the same.. 11 to 12 lbs in week one. Not shabby for round one, week one.

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Dinner - (176 calories)
**Baked Chicken with a Cucumber Salad
100 g chicken
290 g cucumber
60 g onion
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
a few sliced jalepenos for the chicken
Total Calories for the day 485
Daily Calorie Composition: 36% from carbs, 12% from fat and 52% from protein.
