Down 0.4. At least it's down and not up. Getting pretty bummed with this hunger thing. Dosed at 180iu last night in hopes that the small increased would help the nighttime hunger. It hasn't. Third day in a row that I'm mostly fine until about 5 or 6pm and then the gnawing feeling starts. Almost to the point of being painful. Eating doesn't relieve it. I was just as hungry, if not more hungry after eating dinner.
I switched my son to the pellets I have previously used today to see if that helps his slow losses at all. Also purchased some homeopathic thyroid support on a whim to see if it helps also.

white pepper, poultry seasoning and Franks to taste
Dinner - (184 calories)
**Tomato Basil Cod and green beans
145 g Kirkland Wild Alaskan Cod fillet
170 g French Green Beans
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Evening Snack - (73 calories)
140 g red delicious apple
2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
Total calories for the day 415
Daily Calorie Composition: 40% from carbs, 5% from fat and 55% from protein.
