After 4.6 lbs in the last three days, finally a slow down to .4. It was bound to happen.
Quiet Saturday at home. Sunny, very windy and cold outside.
Don't beat me up but I mixed some veggies today at lunch and ya know.. I'll likely do it again. I made these bomb jalapeno turkey burgers and just had to have the trimmings to go along with them. Not a lot of anything, just small amounts.
Breakfast and throughout the day

**Jalapeno turkey burger and the trimmings
100g Jennie-O 99% lean ground turkey
1 tsp diced jalapeno
cumin, paprika, garlic powder to taste
60 g roma tomato
20 g onion
40 g dill pickle
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup
I actually batch cooked 7 patties so the spices are estimated. The next time I will either dice them up along with the veggies for lettuce wraps or I'll slice the veggies and make one burger wrapped in romaine
Afternoon snack - (78 calories)
150 g red delicious apple
2 tbsp Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
Dinner - (217 calories)
**Dijon stir fry with beef and asparagus
100 g eye of round steak, previously cooked
350 g asparagus
1/3 c water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Franks Original Hot Sauce
Total Calories for the day 434
Daily Calorie Composition: 37% from carbs, 11% from fat and 52% from protein.
