VLCD Day 4

Breakfast 
Coffee with Stevia

Lunch
Chicken and celery soup
100 grams chicken (pouched)
2 cups fat free chicken broth
200 grams celery
Melba toast

Chicken was cooked on day one as was the broth. Chop chicken and celery. Bring broth to a boil, add celery, cook until tender, toss in chicken and season to taste.

Afternoon snack
140 grams apple


Dinner
Baked cod
4 cups mixed lettuce with apple cider vinegar dressing
Grissini

Evening Snack
140 grams strawberries
