HCG Diet Phase 4 Day 46

Weight - 181.8

I love steak days!  Down 4.2 lbs from yesterday morning and 5.2 lbs below my LDW.  Let's see if I can stay out of trouble today.

Just coffee and half & half this morning.

Lunch - (399 calories)
220 g pork loin center chop (leftovers)
2 tsp yellow mustard

Afternoon snack - (45 calories)
3 Nilla Wafers, reduced fat

Dinner - (1,107 calories)
A Mondo huge Steak and Blue Cheese Salad
90 g bagged lettuce mix
90 g broccoli slaw mix
230 g (raw weight) ribeye steak, broiled, sliced thin
145 g cucumber
90 g tomato
60 g celery
50 g onion
35 g blue cheese crumbles, reduced fat
4 tbsp Brianna's Real French Vinaigrette dressing

Evening Snack - (166 calories)
1 tortilla, La Tortilla Factory Low Carb/High Fiber
1 oz Mexican blend cheese
2 tbsp pico de gallo
1 tbsp fat free sour cream

Total calories for the day 1,741
Daily Calorie Composition: 11% from carbs, 58% from fat and 31% from protein.
