HCG Diet Phase 4 Day 39

Weight - 183.8

Back down so I'm going to include the rest of the wild rice tonight and see if the scale screams at me tomorrow

Hit the trail early this morning so only coffee for breakfast

Lunch - (622 calories)
Garden salad with rotisserie chicken
170 g bag lettuce mix
5 oz Lemon Pepper rotisserie chicken
60 g onion
90 g roma tomato
125 cucumber
3 tbsp Brianna's Real French Vinaigrette

Afternoon Snack - (168 calories)
4 whole wheat ritz crackers
1 oz monterey jack cheese

Dinner - (912 calories)
Mexi stirfry with tequila/lime beef
260 g (raw weight) top round steak, sliced thin
1 tbsp tequila
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cilantro
170 g stir fry veggies
80 g mushrooms
1 tsp taco seasoning mix
1.5 servings Rice Select Texmati White, Wild & Red Rice , cooked per package directions
2 tbsp picante salsa
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 white corn tortilla
1/2 tsp butter

In a small container or ziplock bag, mix olive oil, tequila, lime juice and cilantro.  Add round steak and refrigerate for at least one hour.  In a saute pan on medium heat, add meat, stirring occasionally til it's partially browned.  Add veggies and taco seasoning mix, cover and cook until veggies are soften and meat is done.  Add cooked rice, and cook further until all liquid is gone.  Plate and top with salsa and sour cream.  Place corn tortilla in still hot saute pan, turn a couple of times until lightly browned.  Fold and serve with butter.

Daily Calorie Composition: 26% from carbs, 45% from fat and 29% from protein.


  1. Hey Beth, I saw your entry in HCG diet info Forums. My 1st day on phase 3 I added the same things-eggs, tuna fish. Also saw your from Federal Way-I'm from Tacoma! Hey neighbor! How much wt did you lose? Isn't this the most amazing thing you've seen?? Can't wait till my system is reset. I'm gonna start exercising soon and looking forward to that!!   2. I lost 32 lbs in 43 days. Have stabilized below my LDW and stayed there through the last 60+ days. I love it. Will do starting round 2 in a month.
