No loss today. That's okay. At least there's not been a rebound. My calories were on the low side tonight so I did have some chocolate delight in the evening. That adds about 200 calories of fat that is used by the liver rather than normal means.

thank you so much for keeping this blog! I am sure it is time consuming but It is really helpful to us newbies! You are doing great! You are such an inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoy it.
DeleteThank you for blogging your journey on the HCG diet. I'm on Load Day 1 R2 of sublingual RX (hucog). Can you tell what supplements you are currently taking including brand names and dosage? Also are you still drinking the "triple threat tea"?
ReplyDeleteThanks again for all of the tips on prepping, precooking and how to get back on track if you slip up and cheat!
Actually, I have come full circle with supplements. The last couple of rounds I've gone minimal. Just taking a good multivitamin, some B-Complex, and D3.
Deleteme too. I did all the supplements on the first round and didn'tbother after that. I feel rather used and abused by the wwclinic i went to. I felt like I was being hustled, but at the same time figured they must know better than me and it was all new
DeleteHey Beth, I have been following your blog, I like to see what others do. I really want to know how you like the HCG Patches, I am considering them next go around. Do they really work and let me know your opinion.
ReplyDeleteI really liked them. I know several people who have tried them after doing either hhcg or injections and found they worked well.
DeleteOnly a couple of people I know had some issues with hunger, but played around with the wearing times and did fine.

ReplyDeleteHi, i notice that you mention in vitamins to take D3 during P2. Knowing that it's a fat soluble vitamin, i got off mine. Just curious of you opinion, since it is bringing "oil" into your body being that it's fat soluble. Thanks!
