Up 0.2 which is nothing really. A day or normal P2 eating and we'll see what tomorrow brings. If I'm 133 or below I'll increase calories just a bit to start maintaining this weight for the next few days.

**Baked chicken & braised veggies
150 g chicken breast, baked
100 g radishes
80 g green beans
60 g spring onion
1/4 c chicken broth for braising
Kirkland No Salt Seasoning
Total calories for the day 469
Daily Calorie Composition: 35% from carbs, 12% from fat and 53% from protein
