Weight - 136.6
Holy cow another full pound gone today!! I thought I was dreaming. Then thought the scale said 138.6, but nope. Totally unexpected. My week 3 loss is 4.4 lbs which is the highest amount for week 3 of any of my rounds. Now I am really expecting an uptick tomorrow.

50 g dill pickle
30 g red onion
quick dressing with yellow mustard, a squirt of reduced sugar ketchup, water, pepper, and garlic powder
Afternoon snack - (100 calories)
170 g Fage 0% Greek yogurt
Sweet Leaf Apricot Nectar Stevia
Dinner - (141 calories)
100 g yellowfin (ahi) tuna
juice of half a lemon
pepper to taste
160 g romaine lettuce
sweet mustard dressing
Total calories for the day 433
Daily Calorie Composition: 23% from carbs, 12% from fat and 65% from protein.
