R4 Phase 2 Day 17

Weight - 139.0

Wow a second day with 1 lb.  Totally unexpected.

We had a fabulous day today.  Sunday is always family day.  We drove into Seattle to Pike Place Market. I snagged a couple of pretty batik dresses and a top as well as some fresh fruit, veggies, and fish.  I made Halibut fish 'taco's for dinner out of things I purchased fresh today.

Breakfast
Coffee with KAL stevia
with my Keurig Coffee Maker.  A lot of the flavored coffees available are P2 friendly.

Lunch - (177 calories)
1 large egg
9 tbsp (3 egg whites)  Real Eggs Egg Whites
100 g mushrooms
50 g spinach

Afternoon snack - (127 calories)
6 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt
60 g raspberries

Dinner - (157 calories)
**Halibut lettuce wraps
105 g fresh Alaskan Halibut
30 g Napa Cabbage
2 tbsp unflavored rice wine vinegar
juice of half a lime
Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning
1 bib lettuce leaves

Total calories for the day 465
Daily Calorie Composition: 21% from carbs, 16% from fat and 63% from protein.
