Here we go again.
Weight is not pretty. I'm calling it an even 150.0. I didn't manage to weigh until noon and then it was 149.0. So loading weight is 3.4 lbs which is typical for me.

**Soup with beef & bok choy
100 g thin sliced sirloin
220 g bok choy
3/4 c Pacific Natural Beef Broth (minimal ingredient)
1 c water
Spike No-Salt seasoning, Franks, and pepper to taste
150 g strawberries
Dinner - (212 calories)
100 g chicken breast, baked
300 g cucumber, diced
25 g onion
3 tbsp Nakano Rice Vinegar
seasonings to taste
160 g strawberries
Total calories for the day 408
Daily Calorie Composition: 35% from carbs, 16% from fat and 49% from protein.
150 g or 160 gs of strawberries- about how many strawberries is that? Around 6?
ReplyDeleteit's more than 6. I always weigh versus eyeballing because they vary in size. With the weight I know exactly how much I'm getting
