And the hits just keep on coming. Another 2.4 lbs up! So.. combination of water gain with the carbs on Friday and the late night eating last night. I can feel it. I'll get through today's late celebration of my 50th birthday (which was back in March while I was on P2) and then it's time to buckle down for a few days. Only a couple of my restaurant meals late this week before my daughter in law heads back to Phase 2 (what a relief for my scale).
The breakfast and lunch today are an effort to load up with potassium in hopes to thwart any sodium in the restaurant dinner tonight.
Breakfast - (207 calories)
2 large bananas
1 cup coffee with 1 tbsp half & half
Lunch - (77 calories)
**Spinach salad with vinegar
325 g cucumber
90 g spinach
90 g roma tomato
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Dinner - (1,682 calories estimated)

Seared ahi tuna with wasabi mayo
crispy fried artichoke hearts with garlic aioli
side salad with bleu cheese dressing
1 piece of sourdough bread with butter
7 - 8 oz of prime rib (brought the other half home)
1/2 baked potato with bleu cheese, bacon bits & chives (brought the other half home)
shared a chocolate banana bread pudding desert
split a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine among 3 people
Total calories for the day 1,966
Daily Calorie Composition: 32% from carbs, 49% from fat and 19% from protein.
