Did it to myself with the late night eating again. Up 1.8. We are having dinner out at Beth's Cafe in Seattle this evening so I'm potassium loading during the day today.

200 g cucumber
100 g roma tomato
75 g spinach
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Dinner - (937 calories)
**Southwest omelet with 4 eggs, chili, salsa, sour cream and cheese
Ate a few bites of hashbrowns, pancakes and some Amish Friendship bread
Total calories for the day 1,303
Daily Calorie Composition: 40% from carbs, 42% from fat and 18% from protein.
