Up a pound. Very little output overnight. I've noticed I've got some edema in my legs that I've not seen a long time. My rings, etc aren't tight though.
Today's menu was great until I got to the shots in the evening. Well it was Cinco De Mayo.

8 oz canned tuna fish, chunk light in water
80 g celery
56 g onion
40 g dill pickle
56 g Trader Joe's Canola Mayo
Afternoon snack - (188 calories)
28 g raw walnuts
Dinner - (411 calories)
**Chicken alfredo over kelp noodles
5 oz chicken breast
5 oz Sea Tangle Kelp Noodles (WILL NOT TRY AGAIN)
.25 c Cibo Natural Cream Alfredo (Costco)
Evening Gremlin - (420 calories)
4 shots of silver tequila
1 clementine orange
1 slice Ezekiel bread
Total Calories for the day 2,062
Daily Calorie Composition: 13% from carbs, 61% from fat and 26% from protein.
