VLCD Day 1

Here we go!  My morning weight was 216.4 lbs.

Coffee with Stevia

Chicken soup with onion
100 grams raw weight chicken breast
2 cups fat free chicken broth
200 grams onion
1 Melba toast

Afternoon snack
Red delicious apple

Shrimp salad
100 grams raw weight shrimp, sauteed in water
3 cups lettuce mix
Apple Cider Vinegar
Stevia to sweeten the 'dressing'
1 Grissini

Evening Snack
