R3 Phase 2 Day 15

Weight - 150.0

The scale just doesn't want to give this to me.  Four days now in the 150.0.  It flashed 149.8 for a tiny sec before settling on 150.0 even.

Pretty quiet day otherwise.   I did some comparisons with the same timeframe of my previous rounds..

Interesting to note that this round's second week is the best of the three rounds and that my % of body weight lost is higher.

Coffee, water, and lemon-lime koolaid

Lunch - (156 calories)
**Another jalapeno turkey burger salad
100 g Jennie-O 99% lean ground turkey (prepared as a burger 2 days ago)
100 g roma tomato
60 g baby dill pickle
38 g baby spinach
20 g onion
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup

Afternoon Snack - (78 calories)
150 g  red delicious apple
2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

Dinner - (163 calories)
 **Chicken breast with a cucumber salad
100 g chicken breast, baked
300 g cucumber
50 g onion
3 tbsp red wine vinegar

Total Calories for the day 397
Daily Calorie Composition: 40% from carbs, 8% from fat and 52% from protein.
