Weight - 160.0
Well 1.6 in day one. I guess I was spoiled with my previous two rounds losses of 3.4 and 3.0. Hope this isn't foreshadowing of things to come.
I've been increasingly hungry today. I may be on too high a dose. In order to find out, I'm going to skip tomorrow's dose. If I am to high, as the day progresses my hunger level should go down. Then I'll do a lower dose on Thursday. My son is very hungry also so I'm having him increase his drops from 10 to 12 three times a day. My daughter-in-law and her friend are both doing well at 10 drops. My DIL dropped 5.6 lbs in her first day.
By the way, of the list below, the ground turkey, baby spinach, no salt seasoning, apple, filet, cabbage, and strawberries all came from Costco. Love having more than one person to share the bulk food pricing with.

I like turkey more than chicken but I thought it was not allowed on p2 :S Im confused now!
ReplyDeleteI have used it if it's the 99% lean. Some people do fine with it, some people day they don't
ReplyDeleteThanks to this info Beth, Im looking through all your recipes in p2! Amazing! I will surely try some
ReplyDeleteIs the yerba mate tea- the guayaki yerba mate organic? and is the Mate Chocolatte allowed? Also, do you know about the Lipton Pyramid Teas? Are they allowed? They are the green tea and orange flavor, etc etc- I was just wondering because I noted that it has in ingredients 'modified' corn sugar- and that sort of made me cautious. Would be interested to know what you think.
ReplyDeleteYes, that's the brand of yerba mate I use. I have done their chocolate one also.
ReplyDeleteI'd go with caution on the Lipton teas. There's plenty of brands of flavored teas that don't have corn starch.
