Well only got 1.6 out of the steak day, but I think there may have been something from dinner Sunday night causing a weight increase at the same time so they somewhat nulled each other out.
Busy day so I skipped breakfast and calories are low because of that.

170 g lean sirloin steak (cooked yesterday)
28 g reduced fat blue cheese
300 g English cucumber

Dinner - (493 calories)
**Chicken burgers with all the trimmings
1 patties AmyLu's Sweet Carmelized Onion Chicken burgers (Costco)
80 g roma tomato
60 g iceberg lettuce
40 g onion
40 g dill pickle
28 g reduced fat feta cheese
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp Duke's Mayo
Evening - (90 calories)
4 oz Malbec wine
Total calories for the day 989
Daily Calorie Composition: 15% from carbs, 39% from fat and 46% from protein.
