Weight - 134.0
Down 1.2 lbs today. Amazing considering my PM weight was about 5 lbs up. Must have been full of fluids from spending a lot of the day outside. Family is here until Tuesday. I grilled chicken tonight for dinner. Those not in P2/P3 got bbq sauce on theirs.
Breakfast
Coffee with KAL stevia
with my Keurig Coffee Maker. A lot of the flavored coffees available are P2 friendly. Today I had Man Houtte Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.
Lunch - (189 calories)
116 g Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore tuna, very low sodium
100 g mixed baby lettuces
40 g dill pickle
40 g onion
1 tbsp yellow mustard
pickle juice for moisture
pepper
Dinner - (203 calories)
150 g chicken
200 g Napa cabbage
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Total Calories for the day 392
Daily Calorie Composition: 13% from carbs, 10% from fat and 77% from protein.
just wanted to drop and say i LOVE this journal. please don't underestimate who might be reading and what an inspiration you are. :)
ReplyDeleteI have to totally agree with dbo! I'm starting the program after my physician consultation this coming week. I'm reading and researching all I can before. Thanks for this blog, I'll be checking back here often for inspiration in the next few months.
