Down 1 lb of my gain. Today and tomorrow are planned off days. I don't want my body getting used to 1,000 calories a day. So 2 days out of the week I'm trying to eat more normal. Today was also hair day. Went to the salon with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Afterward we hit a local Indian restaurant for a late lunch/early dinner.

2 pieces naan bread
1 bowl mulligatawny soup
1/2 portion Chicken Tikka Masala

Daily Calorie Composition: 67% from carbs, 18% from fat and 15% from protein.
