Well I don't know if I should call this day 5 or not. I don't want my body to get used to 1,000 to 1,100 calories a day so I'm eating more calories today and off plan. Shake things up. Of course, that meant I gave myself permission to eat something I don't have often - pizza. Yeah yeah I know. Tomorrow I will do a regular old P3 style steak day and then go back to Cycle 1 on Tuesday.
