Down 0.2 lbs so I'm adding back some fats today. Eating a more normal calorie, by safe menu then perhaps back to some lower again to see if I can drop 4 lbs.
I ran errands this afternoon and driving down through this one local park, I literally had to stop and take some pictures. The trees were just beautiful.

50 g grape tomatoes
