R4 Phase 4 Day 75

Weight - 138.0

Back up 0.4.  Meh.. no rhyme or reason.  Dropping the calories a bit today and adding some cocoa crack for fat.

I was on a tirade this morning and when I'm mad or upset, I clean.  Today my closet was the victim.  It's getting there.

Lunch - (415 calories)
**Ground Beef and Cabbage Soup
168 g 96% lean ground beef
150 g savoy cabbage
1 c Pacific Natural Minimal Ingredient Beef Broth
1 c water
dash of Franks Hot Sauce
Garlic powder and pepper
1 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Oil
1 tbsp half and half in a mug of coffee



Afternoon Snack - (77 calories)
.5 tbsp Cacao Crack

Dinner - (280 calories)
**Lemony Soup
200 g Jennie-O extra lean ground turkey
80 g spinach
25 g celery
20 g onion
1 c Kirkland Chicken Broth
1 c water
4 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
a few capers

Evening Snack - (230 calories)
1/5 tbsp Cacao Crack

Total calories for the day 1,002
Daily Calorie Composition: 10% from carbs, 48% from fat and 42% from protein.
