1 tbsp capers
Afternoon snacking - (194 calories)
Handful unsalted natural whole almonds
2 Nutter butter cookies (the devil)
Dinner - (380 calories)
Lemon caper veal & green beans
320 g (raw weight) Superior Farms thin sliced veal
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers
1 cup green beans
Evening snack - (35 calories)
150 g cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp champagne vinegar
