VLCD Day 3

Breakfast 
Coffee with Stevia

Lunch
Chicken meatball & spinach soup
100 grams raw ground chicken
2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 cup baby spinach
dash of garlic powder, onion powder & pepper
Melba toast

Dropped chicken meatballs into boiling broth add spinach and seasoning


Afternoon snack
180 grams fresh strawberries


Dinner
100 grams sirloin steak
200 grams baked onion
grissini


Evening Snack
none

    1. I tried to get in at least 60 to 80 oz each day. I usually made sure to have dinner before 7pm
