And I've been here before.  A couple of times in fact.   Tomorrow is another day.  Another chance for the scale fairies to find my house.  Please.

** Beef & Spinach soup
110 g 96/4 ground beef
100 g spinach
1 c beef broth
1 c water
Franks hot sauce, fajita seasoning

Afternoon Snack - (165 calories)
**Apple smoothie
180 g red delicious apple
17 g Jay Robb Vanilla
dash of cinnamon

Dinner - (139 calories)
100 g chicken
160 g zucchini
3 tbsp salsa

Evening snack - (31 calories)
100 g strawberries

Total Calories for the day 502
Daily Calorie Composition: 35% from carbs, 11% from fat and 54% from protein.
