Sad when I eat pretty clean and gain a pound. Maybe the calories were too low. Who knows. Eating more calories today and we shall see. I'm going to eat pretty much typical Thanksgiving meals on Thursday and Friday and then plan a steak day on Saturday.

Daily Calorie Composition: 20% from carbs, 27% from fat and 53% from protein.
