Dropped one pound and without much output at all. Today was a weird day all around. My mother had knee replacement surgery this afternoon. I was at the hospital from 11 am until 5pm. I got home and really didn't feel like cooking but wanted comfort food. Enter a can of Progresso soup and a slice of flax and fiber toast. It could have been worse I guess.
