Okay.. this is crazy. Stress and lack of sleep and output is definitely not my friend. I'm doing a 'steak day' today, but made it Italian with ground beef and San Marzano crushed tomatoes. Kinda like mega P2 chili but with Italian seasonings instead of Mexican. I am retaining water, also. Likely from the Kalbi marinade on the chicken yesterday.

1 14 oz can San Marzano crush tomatoes

50 g onion
Summer Savory, garlic powder, Italian Seasoning and pepper to taste
