Drop 1 pound today. Below 133 and it's holding pattern time. I'm going to increase my calories today in an effort to maintain my weight around 133ish. I'm doing this partially with a new, very rogue, recipe for something called Lemon Truffles. Like chocolate delight aka cocoa crack which using coconut oil, some people swear that it and these help them lose weight. I tried coconut oil a few times in previous rounds but never really noticed a difference.

90 g peach
Dinner - (288 calories)
180 g chuck steak
125 g romaine lettuce
mustard dressing
Snack - (124 calories)
20 g Lemon Truffles
Total Calories for the day 630
Daily Calorie Composition: 19% from carbs, 37% from fat and 44% from protein.
