Arrgghh.. no output overnight and I didn't eat dinner last night until 8:30 pm which means I'm up today.
Trying an experiment tonight but I probably shouldn't. I'm adding in some protein before bedtime to see if it keeps things burning overnight. Something I've recently read about. I'm using 8 ounces of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt so I'm getting mostly casein protein which is slow digesting.
