Got my new deck furniture and fire pit today. It cost a bit more than I was planning. I'm going to have to sleep out there to reduce the cost per use!

100 g chicken breast, baked
200 g cucumber
50 g spring onion
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Dinner - (252 calories)
**Lemon Pepper Mahi Mahi with Braished Radishes
175 g Mahi Mahi filet
Juice of half a lemon for marinating
pepper to taste
300 g red radishes, rough chopped
1/4 c chicken stock
1 clove garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 pluot for desert
Total Calories for the day 407

ReplyDeleteOops almost lowest! Helps to see yourself close your personal goals. I have not being in the 130s in about 15 years. Would love to be a size 10-12 again. Hope you are almost there!
