Woot! 2.2 lbs from my mini-steak a la veal day. Regular protocol today and then we'll see about tomorrow. I have a massage scheduled for 3pm tomorrow and it may work to repeat yesterday's menu again. I'm still keeping the total protein up, because it seems to be working.

with my Keurig Coffee Maker. A lot of the flavored coffees available are P2 friendly. Today I had Gloria Jeans Butter Toffee

**Buffalo steak and salad
150 g buffalo eye of round
145 g mixed lettuce
20 g onion
20 g dill pickle
sweet mustard dressing
Afternoon Snack - (135 calories)
230 g Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
Sweet Leaf Apricot Nectar stevia
Dinner - (158 calories)
**Lemon Pepper Mahi Mahi & Braised Red Radishes
150 g Kirkland Mahi Mahi (Costco)
juice of half a lemon
pepper to taste
190 g red radishes with a few greens
1/4 c Kirkland Chicken Stock
minced garlic
Total Calories for the Day 491
Daily Calorie Composition: 19% from carbs, 9% from fat and 72% from protein.

The standard protocol for the protein is 3.5 oz or 100 g. I am doing more protein for many of my meals because I found in the latter part of rounds my body needs it. As for the fruit and veggie weights I work them to whatever I need to stay under the 500 calorie total after I'd added in my proteins.
