R4 Phase 2 Day 26

Weight - 138.4

Okiee...  damn scale.  I'm rolling up my sleeves.  I will conquer you.  I have to.  I'm doing a mini-steak day today and pulled out the veal I have because I've not used it this round at all.  So I'm skipping lunch, having all my protein for dinner (and a bit extra) with a tomato.

Breakfast
Coffee with KAL stevia
with my Keurig Coffee Maker.  A lot of the flavored coffees available are P2 friendly.  Today I had Timothy's Winter Carnival.


Dinner - (365 calories)
**Lemon Dijon veal & roma tomatoes
295 g veal sliced thin
juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp capers
2 tsp dijon mustard
minced garlic
pepper
185 g roma tomato

Season the veal and place in skillet on medium high heat.  Add garlic and cover.  There will be some liquid come up.  Turn the veal after a minute or so and add the lemon juice capers and dijon and recover.  Remove the lid after a couple of minutes.  Plate the veal, stir the liquid contents to mix and reduce.  Pour the reduced sauce over the veal.

Daily Calorie Composition: 8% from carbs, 14% from fat and 78% from protein.

  1. Hi! You're doing great - such an inspiration! You have to remember that you're so close to your ideal weight that your body is going to fight you to stay at the weight that is comfortable. Enjoy! :)

    I wanted to ask you...since this is your fourth round. How has the weight loss on P2 been comparing your first, second third and fourth rounds? I know the most weight lost is on the first round, right? But how does that compare to the others? Thanks!

  2. The first round I lost an average of .76 lbs per day. The second round it was .55 and the third round it was .59

    The round so far it's .53, but I've fudged here and there.

    I lost this weight before in R3. My body just never got settled with it I think.
