HCG Diet Phase 4 Day 41

Breakfast - (467 calories)
Mexi-chicken scramble
1 large egg
1/2 c eggbeaters
130 g baked chicken breast (leftovers)
50 g onion
75 g red bell pepper
2 tbsp picante sauce
20 g Mexican cheese blend
10 oz coffee
1 tbsp half & half



Lunch - (497 calories)
Garden Salad with chicken
180 g bagged lettuce mix
200 g rotisserie chicken
100 g roma tomato
100 g cucumber
75 g baby dill pickles
4 tbsp Maple Grove Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing


Afternoon Snack - (473 calories)
Beefy tostada (I think)
1 4 oz Omaha Steak burger (crumbled)
1 soft white corn tortilla (toasted in a skillet)
1 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tbsp picante sauce
1 oz Mexican cheese blend

Dinner - (456 calories)
Nood Stroganoff  (It's nude - aka no noodles)
250 g top round steak, sliced into thin strips
1/2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
150 g onion
125 mushrooms
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 oz A-1 Steak Sauce
2 tbsp fat free sour cream

Season steak and saute with mushrooms, onions, and red wine vinegar until only slightly pink and veggies are softened.  Turn heat to low. Add steak sauce and sour cream.  Mix well and heat through.



Total calories for the day 1,893
Daily Calorie Composition: 16% from carbs, 38% from fat and 46% from protein.
