HCG Diet Phase 4 Day 40

Weight 183.8

Could it be? The wild rice had no effect? My weight is the same as it was yesterday morning. Yippee skippy!


Breakfast - (421 calories)
Didn't want breakfast so I had chicken and green beans
6 oz rotisserie chicken
3.4 c green beans
10 oz coffee
1 tbsp half & half

Lunch - (574 calories)
Deli chicken sandwich
2 slices double fiber bread
4 oz rotisserie chicken
1 tbsp Duke's Mayonnaise
1 slice reduced fat colby jack cheese
2 tsp dill relish


Afternoon snack - (200 calories)
1 Jay Robb Whey Protein shake
1 container Fage 0% Greek Yogurt


Dinner - (334 calories)
Veal and french green beans with dijon sauce
225 g veal, thin sliced
1 small package fresh microwave green beans
70 g onion, chopped
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp capers

In a saute pan over medium heat, add vinegar, peppered veal, and onion. Saute 3 minutes, turning veal as needed. Move veal to one side. Add dijon mustard and capers. Stir to blend. Microwave green beans according to directions. Slide cooked beans into one side of the pan and incorporate dijon sauce.


Total calories for the day 1,529
Daily Calorie Composition: 18% from carbs, 36% from fat and 46% from protein.
