And she's up again. What I was down yesterday. I expected a gain after two good days, but not this much. Plugging along.. and getting a bit frustrated.

3 tbsp Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar
3 tbsp water
garlic powder and Kirkland No Salt Seasoning to taste
1 piece Kavli Crispbread - garlic flavor
Dinner - (180 calories)
**Chili
112 g 96/4 ground beef
1/2 can No salt added diced tomatoes
Cumin, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder
Total Calories for the day 440

Thanks for the protein info. I felt much better and lost more consistently in r4 when I increased my protein intake a little more. That is what I love about your posts, you base your actions on your experience and not just dogma. It has helped me greatly. Thanks
