Hello Beth. I saw your post re the B12 injectionsoffered on Groupon. I've been researching it a bit b/c I too live in the SEattle area and have thought about doing the Hcg diet and/or the injections. Truth be told, I am a whimp! I only want to loose about 8-10 lbs (I'm 5'4", 130lbs, 54 yrs old) but can't quite get myself to do it. Were the first couple weeks of that Hcg diet a killer?? Would you recommend doing it if you only had 10 lbs to loose? If I just stopped drinking wine I'd prob. loose 5 lbs in a few months! Thoughts? Suggestions for someone without a ton of self discipline when it comes to dieting?
ReplyDeleteHi! I did start the lipotropics with B12 through Tahoma Clinic in Renton. I'm not really seeing anything different with them, but I'm going to stick to it for a bit.
ReplyDeleteAs for hcg for 10 lbs, if you're metabolism is doing okay, I'd probably opt for a change in diet for a bit, much like a P3 diet and see how that did for you.
