What the heck? I'm up 1.6 lbs from a clean P3 day. Odd and I'm not sure why at all. I know yesterday was likely more sodium than some days. Today I've planned a nut day. I am having six 1 ounce servings of nuts as well as some half and half in my coffee. That's it. High fat. I dropped from the fat fast nut day so I think this will work again. Tomorrow will be a clean P3 day again.
Throughout the day
4 tbsp half & half in 2 mugs of coffee
2 oz dry roasted macadamias
2 oz raw walnuts
2 oz raw pecans
Total calories for the day 1,249
Daily Calorie Composition: 7% from carbs, 90% from fat and 3% from protein.
