The scale is playing seesaw. I'm back up the 0.8 I was down yesterday.
Today is day one of a three day Atkins Fat Fast. The plan is to eat around 1,000 calories a day broken up in three or four meals. Seventy to ninety percent of the calories should come from fats. Carbs and proteins should be on the low end. Today I'm doing just nuts and also some half and half in my two cups of coffee.
That's it for the day. Three one ounce servings of walnuts and two one ounce servings of pecans. One tablespoon of half & half in each of two mugs of coffee
Total Calories for the day 1,020.
Daily Calorie Composition: 7% from carbs, 90% from fat and 3% from protein.
