R4 Phase 4 Day 22

Weight 135.8

Up 1.6 but considering the total calories, carbs, etc I had yesterday I think that's fantastic.  I'm doing a steak day today as a recovery from the weekend's foods.  I also got in an almost 6 mile walk this afternoon.

Lunch - (44 calories)
2 mugs coffee with 3 tbsp 2% milk in each (ran out of half & half)

Afternoon snack - (25 calories)
No Sugar Added Fruit Punch popsicle

Dinner - (1,299 calories)
16 oz ribeye steak
140 g apple

Total Calories for the day 1,363
Daily Calorie Composition: 8% from carbs, 68% from fat and 24% from protein. 

 Fat 102 g; Fiber 4 g; Carb 27 g; Sodium 315 mg; Protein 82 g
