R4 Phase 2 Day 62

Weight - 134.2

Down 0.2 and that's fine with me.  Busy day running errands.  I'm eating extra protein for both meals.

Lunch - (245 calories)
200 g ahi tuna, seared
170 g cucumber
30 g onion
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Dinner - (210 calories)
150 g bison London broil
150 g mixed braising greens
1/4 c beef broth
3 tbsp red vinegar
salt & pepper

Total calories for the day 455
Daily Calorie Composition: 14% from carbs, 11% from fat and 75% from protein.
